Veoboard (veoboard.com) is operated by Upper Apps Studio LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You can reach us at hello@upperappsstudio.com.
02What we collect
When you join the waitlist we receive:
- Your email address
- The language of the page and the form you used (hero or footer call to action)
- Campaign parameters in the link you came from, such as utm_source or ref
- Your approximate country, taken from the request
- A hashed version of your IP address (we never store the IP itself) and your browser family
- The date and the version of the consent text you accepted
03Why we use it
To send you your invitation and updates about Veoboard, to keep the form safe from spam and abuse (rate limiting and bot protection), and to understand in aggregate which languages and channels bring people to the waitlist.
04Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to hello@upperappsstudio.com.
05Who processes it
We use Cloudflare to host this website, store waitlist entries in its D1 database and protect the form with Turnstile. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
06How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or the waitlist ends. Rate-limit counters are deleted automatically within a few hours.
07Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it or to object to its use. Write to hello@upperappsstudio.com and we will answer as soon as we can.
08Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version.
